The 11-year-old Nigerian Artist, Waris Kareem, who drew a portrait of President Macron in 2 hours during his appearance at the New Afrika Shrine in Lagos has been given a 20-year education grant and monthly allowances by Ecobank.
Recall, the talented hyperrealism artist, Kareem Waris Olamilekan of Oke-Odo Junior College was recently received by Tutor General/ Permanent Secretary Lagos Education District 1, Dr. YINKA Ayandele in her office revealed that, Waris also performed creditably well in his academics.
"He had a very encouraging results in the just concluded 3rd term examinations. We need to support him to ensure an all-round development for him".
