Three months ago, she had her society wedding that shook the whole of Lagos social scene with her beau, Demola. Insiders say Farida spent the whole of the money for the wedding said to be over one hundred million naira.

A little over two months, Demola Okulaja, who sources say is a notorious gigolo, fled their matrimonial home and ran to one of his side chicks with whom he currently lives abroad.

Farida decided she would not stay alive to bear the shame, giving that she had reportedly been warned by her friends against going to the altar with Demola; hence she hopped into her SUV and headed to Third Mainland Bridge hopping to end her life.
