 Nigerian Army Officer Arrested With 485 Rounds Of Ammunition Hidden In Cartons Of Dry Fish

ANigerian soldier, Sergeant Saad Adamu with service number 05NA/56/385 has been arrested for alleged possession of illegal ammunition in Borno State, SaharaReporters can report.

Adamu was reportedly found with 485 rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition and 2 magazines concealed in cartons of dry fish. 

According to a military signal seen by SaharaReporters, the soldier was arrested at Njimtilo, along Damaturu/Maiduguri Road.
