The Tribunal sitting on the fallout of Agege Local Government Election has granted the plea of the legal team of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Sola Osolana to inspect all the electoral materials used during the July 24 Poll.
The Tribunal headed by Honourable Justice S.B Candide-Johnson granted the access on Friday, 27th August, 2021.
Other members of the Tribunal are Her Honour O.A Okunuga (Chief Registrar), Her Honour T.A Elias CM (Admin), Her Honour O.O Martins (Mrs) CM. I and Her Honour O.A Ajibade (Mrs) CM.I.
Osolana is challenging Agege Local Government Election on the ground of alleged several electoral malpractices like ballot snatching, multiple voting, vote buying, inconsequential results, harassment and unjust arrest during the election.
