Lagos State Government has embarked on the rehabilitation and upgrading of all dilapidated streets domiciled within popular technologic hub, Computer Village.
Men of the Lagos State Public Works Corporation were seen with some earth moving equipment tilling and grading some of the roads yesterday night.
According to President of CAPDAN, Ojikutu Niyi who witnessed the operation, it started about 9p.m last night.
An elated Ojikutu said the rehabilitation is a promise kept by Governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode to the people of computer village.
Ojikutu said: this is a laudable project by His Excellency, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode. It is a promise kept. We know if there's conducive environment, businesses will thrive and everyone will be happy.
"On behalf of myself and every member of the Computer Village family, we appreciate the good gesture of Governor Ambode."
