Lagos State Governor-Elect, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has promised not only to continue and complete Governor Akinwunmi Ambode’s projects, but also expand them.
Sanwo-Olu, who will take over from Ambode on May 29, 2019, disclosed this hours after himself and others accompanied President Muhammadu Buhari on a tour of some of Ambode’s legacy projects.
Taking to his FB immediately after the tour, Sanwo-Olu made this promise: ‘Today, I joined H.E Akinwunmi Ambode in welcoming H.E Muhammadu Buhari to commission the new Ayinke House; the Oshodi Transport Interchange; the MMIA road, Lagos theatres and 820 medium/high capacity transport buses.
‘My government’s focus on #ProjectTHEME will see a continuation and expansion that will improve the lives of Lagosians.
