In a bid to stop the spread of COVID-19, the Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Dr. Mojeed Alabi Balogun has embarked on sanitation/Fumigation exercise by disinfecting major areas, parts and spots in Ikeja Local Government Area.
"This became necessary as there is a need to put more conscious efforts in the fight against COVID-19 spread which has been spearheaded by the Lagos State COVID-19 Incident Commander, Governor Babjide Sanwo-Olu.
Dr. Mojeed Balogun therefore advised all residents in Ikeja, and the State at large to keep to the 'Stay at Home' order given by the State, and also endears everyone to stay safe and keep taking necessary precautions against COVID-19 spread.
He further added that the fight against COVID-19 is not solely the responsibility of the government, but that of each and every individual in the country, and world at Large.
